Meredith is an IT Manager at Synlait. As a previous winner of the Best Plain Language Technical Communicator Award (2010 and 2015), Meredith is thrilled to be invited to judge at the Awards in 2023.

With a background in technical communication and business analysis, Meredith has always been enthusiastic about plain language and well-structured documentation. She is a keen supporter of anything to do with plain language or technical communication. She enjoys crafting a plainly written email, business case, or requirements document. Meredith is a past President, Vice President, and Board member of the Technical Communicators Association of New Zealand (TechCommNZ) and has presented at and helped to organise their conferences.

Meredith has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Graduate Diploma in Technical Communication. In her spare time, she competes in and judges dog agility.
