In her role as editor at Consumer NZ, her focus is providing clear information that helps New Zealanders get a fair deal. She’s also passionate about using search engine optimisation (SEO) to make content relevant and findable.

Throughout her career, Ella has turned technical know-how into educational content and events. Before Consumer, Ella worked at the digital agency Springload Te Pipītanga. There, she organised panel discussions on digital accessibility, and wrote the website copy for their accessible form builder, Formally.
