Best Plain Language Turnaround

The Turnaround award is your chance to share a ‘before and after’ success story

This award recognises the best plain language rewrite of a document or webpage that was originally difficult to read. Have you transformed some copy that was stodgy and unclear? Reconfigured a form that now generates fewer customer complaints or questions? Or produced a letter that gets results more quickly — or even prompts compliments from customers?

Send us your ‘before and after’ success story.
