We were impressed to read that “improvements and simplification ideas have become regular talking points between employees”. And that you have influenced the advice given to other lenders about adopting plain English writing and communication. You were active members of MBIE’s Advisory Group and even produced a plain English version of the code.
This team has done a lot of great work. You still have some work ahead to make sure the need for plain English is woven into the position descriptions of content developers.
