Linda Lior has been working in application design for over 20 years as an instructional designer, technical writer, and UX writer. Her experience includes writing for web applications (SaaS), mobile apps, and educational software. She worked for 10 years at Microsoft as a UX researcher and UX writer. She also lectures at technical writing conferences and gives writing workshops.

Linda has an MA in Educational Technology from San Diego State University. Her book Writing for Interaction was published in 2013 (Morgan Kaufmann).
