I’m a writer and editor, running my own business at Little Red Pen. My favourite thing is listening to people talk or looking at their drafts, then finding the way to say exactly what they wanted to but didn’t know how.

From an academic path, my work life has taken me into plain English business writing, professional editing, coaching and facilitation, communications and, for a short stint, asset planning. I recently joined the Board of the Dunedin Writers and Readers Festival.

I live in Dunedin where I revel in the hills, harbour, deep friendships, community, and crisp, still air.
