She currently serves as Chief of Staff at Mission Intelligence, a technology consultancy, where she serves as the principal advisor to the Managing Director, assuming strategic and management responsibilities and ensuring a strong writing culture is a driving force.

Before this role, she founded and directed her own creative strategy business, working with organisations in the creative industries and public sector. She provided strategic direction and practical support to drive revenue growth, securing significant funding through various channels and establishing partnerships with influential organisations such as National Geographic.

Laura continues to serve as a trusted advisor to organisations in using language to address challenges related to people, performance, strategy, technology, and culture. Her dedication to effective storytelling extends to the publishing world, where she also works as a Junior Literary Agent at High Spot Literary, representing and supporting New Zealand writers.

Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and French from the University of Oxford, where she served as Student Council President.
