Kathryn is a plain language expert, trainer and facilitator, and technology adoption specialist based in New Zealand. For the past 15 years, she has worked to simplify complex information for vast and varied audiences for everything from web content, business documents, and presentations, through to implementing new systems, organisational change, and leadership development. Her specialities are designing and delivering impactful, in-person engagement and training sessions, and using language to connect and inspire.

For the last 3 years she’s worked mostly in the realm of digital transformation, helping to ensure the successful delivery of digital projects across large organisations. She was also previously a proud Write Group consultant and has been an Awards judge since 2021.
